The Registrar of Vital Statistics is charged with recording, maintaining, and making available all records of birth, marriage, and deaths occurring in Freehold Township.

Copies of the following records may be obtained from the Registrar's Office if the birth, death or marriage occurred in Freehold Township:

• Marriage Certificates
• Death Certificates
